每一次下架、修正錯誤連結，或讓待審項目上架，都會連同日期與證據記在這裡。值得信任的目錄，應該讓人看得到它改了什麼。
理由以當初記錄時的英文原文呈現。
- 下架 Bento bento.io now redirects to the author's personal site; the course index is gone.
- 下架 cc0.photo TLS certificate has expired; browsers refuse the site.
- 下架 Contactformify Domain no longer resolves (DNS).
- 下架 DALL·E 3 An announcement post, not a free resource.
- 下架 finda.photo Redirects to a chamberofcommerce.org page that says the service is down for maintenance.
- 下架 Free Online Tool to Experience Microsoft's MarkItdown Domain is parked.
- 下架 GPT 4 An announcement of a paid model, not a free resource; the gate now rejects 'Announcement of …'.
- 下架 Hacker AI Domain no longer resolves (DNS).
- 下架 Notion AI Notion AI is a paid add-on (the free plan only carries a limited trial), so it is not a free resource. The harvested link was also a third party's affiliate redirect.
- 下架 Ozz ozz.ai redirects to a domain-for-sale listing on atom.com.
- 下架 Prism The page only says the project has moved elsewhere; nothing to link to.
- 下架 SaneBox SaneBox is a paid subscription with a trial, not a free resource; the link was also a referral.
- 下架 Sora A research presentation of a model, not a free resource.

- 修正 ente Auth ente.io/auth redirects to ente.com/auth.
- 修正 MeetGeek get.meetgeek.ai/<token> was a referral link; MeetGeek has a free plan, so link the product itself.
- 修正 Murf AI get.murf.ai/<token> was a PartnerStack referral link; Murf has a free plan, so link the product itself.
- 修正 PPT Master Repository lost by the harvest; its homepage field points at an examples site, so the checker could not match it.
- 修正 SourcedPress sourcedfact.com redirects to sourced.press, the renamed project.
- 修正 UserCheck validator.pizza redirects to usercheck.com, the renamed service.
- 審核後上架 Puter Open-source browser desktop, 43k stars, AGPL-3.0, actively maintained; canon replaces the Show HN sentence.
- 審核後上架 rgx.tools Free text-to-regex web tool, reachable; canon replaces the 'Hate Regex?' slogan.
